About Arqora

Arqora is a private organization for software, systems, experiments, developer tools, internal systems, and long-term ideas.

Some work may be public. Some work may remain private, experimental, unfinished, or unreleased. Public information on this website should not be treated as a promise that any project, product, or feature will become available.

03

Arqora Dispatch

Arqora Dispatch is an optional email update list for occasional notes from Arqora on software, systems, and what we are building.

By subscribing, you agree to receive emails related to Arqora Dispatch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in the email, if available, or by contacting us at hello@arqora.be.

Subscribing to Arqora Dispatch does not create an account, paid relationship, early access guarantee, partnership, employment relationship, or any right to private Arqora work.

04

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Arqora's website, forms, contact channels, email addresses, public repositories, or any related service.

You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape, attack, impersonate, spam, abuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any Arqora system, page, account, email workflow, or private resource.

Reports about abuse, impersonation, phishing, or harmful use involving Arqora should be sent to abuse@arqora.be.

05

Content and Ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the Arqora name, logo, website design, writing, visual identity, and original materials belong to Arqora.

You may not use the Arqora name, logo, branding, or identity in a way that suggests sponsorship, ownership, partnership, endorsement, or official connection without permission.

Public open-source repositories may include their own license files. If a repository has a separate license, that license controls how that specific code may be used.

06

Third-Party Services

Arqora may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, forms, security, repositories, or infrastructure. These services may process limited technical or contact data as needed to operate the website, email flows, or public tools.

07

Availability

Arqora is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, remove, pause, rename, redesign, or discontinue pages, experiments, public tools, or email flows at any time.

We do not guarantee that every public idea, project, product, experiment, or initiative shown by Arqora will launch, remain available, or continue indefinitely.

08

Security Reports

If you find a vulnerability, suspicious activity, impersonation, phishing attempt, or security issue involving Arqora, please contact security@arqora.be with enough detail to understand and reproduce the issue.

09

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Arqora is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website, dispatch, public tools, experiments, or related materials will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arqora will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Arqora.
